The tenancy was all  very straight  forward, from start to finish.  Communication is always key and you were prompt are responding.  Any issues were dealt with promptly.  I would not hesitate to rent a room from you again.

The Skype tour was a great way to see the property. I was able to be sure that the property was right for me, despite being unable to see it in person.

Really friendly and thorough welcome from the landlord upon arrival at the property. She ran through everything I needed to know and made me feel welcome in my new house. Would definitely recommend.

While it is obviously the case that landlords rent their property to make a profit out of it, in previous occasions I have been made to feel that they were trying to provide the minimal amount of services while charging the maximum amount of money we would stand. With regards to my experience, it's all been very pleasant!

The viewing was great and it was nice to meet Lindsey and have her answer some of my questions as it gave me more of a feel of what it would be like living here.

The referencing was all very straightforward.   As I haven't rented in the UK for quite a while I wasn't familiar with the reference checks, but you explained it all thoroughly and the form was simple to fill out.  Also the move was made much less stressful by the fact you were here to meet us with the keys and had the parking permit ready for us.

As it why I chose the room is down to a few reasons.  Having recently started a new job nearby, I'm just getting to know people in the area.  Therefore I wanted a room big enough to spend an evening in (or a few consecutive evenings) without going stir-crazy.  Also, I was after something more mature where I wouldn't be sharing with as many people.  I definitely couldn't be in a house with 7 or 8 people!  Plus this is a really cosy flat!

Move was great - nice and easy.

The move in process was very smooth and your son did an excellent job on the day. The information provided was very sufficient and covered everything I wanted to know. I have also settled in really well and have made excellent friends with Juan and Joanna! I guess the only thing I wasn't aware of was the loudness of the boiler in the room, but don't worry I'm so happy with everything I hate to mention that.

Been a month since I moved in, it has been fine for me so far.... the whole experience has been pleasant.

The flat's great for what I need

I chose the room because it was exactly what I was looking for, well furnished, and fit my budget. My move went as smoothly as possible and I was made to feel welcome. I can't  think of anything that would have improved my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to family and friends.

It's been great so far! A bit busy, but I can't believe it's been only 3 weeks, feels like home already.

- viewing was great, very thorough yet not too long, so definitely a plus.

- referencing and pre-tenancy absolutely great, didn't feel there was too much paperwork and everything went smoothly.

- can't think of anything that was missed on check in!

In general, the experience was very positive, especially with human touch and flexibility on the pay plan and fast replies to my emails. All greatly appreciated! 10/10

I really liked that you listened to what I said and selected like-minded people to live together. The check-in itself was really smooth.  I appreciate that you allowed me to pay my first month's bills later, as coming straight after uni I was pretty much broke. So you really offered all the help for me to get started in Reading, for which I'd like to say a big thank you.

Any issues that we had were dealt with very promptly. i.e. the fridge problem - that was solved quickly and instead of trying to fix the old one, you got a brand new one. When I told you that I needed to end the contract early because I was offered a job in Cambridge, I was happy that you were open to find the best solution for both of us.

Overall I was very happy with my tenancy and enjoyed renting from you. You are by far the coolest landlady that I've had. You are very approachable and easy to communicate with.

I would definitely recommend others to rent from you.
