Why us?

We are private landlords specialising in small, friendly house and flat shares for single professional people in Reading and Southampton.

 

Tenants are selected carefully with a view to being a good fit with the other tenants in the property.  Most of our tenants stay well beyond the six month minimum tenancy and tend to move only because they are leaving town or buying their own properties.

 

All our properties are maintained to a high standard and we a quick to fix anything that breaks. We have British Gas maintenance contracts on all our boilers and central heating/hot water systems with a 24 hour call out should anything go wrong.

 

Accredited by the National Landlords Association, we pride ourselves on doing things properly.  We protect tenants' deposits, provide all new tenants with the government's How to Rent Guide and fully reference all potential tenants to protect our existing tenants.

 

We have been established since 2013 and now have 18 tenants in 7 properties.
